01525 405254The amount of Therapy required will vary depending on where a client needs to get to. Some people have only a few sessions, and others take a break after a relatively short time and return if and when it feels right for them to do so.
Initially I like to see clients on a weekly basis, but this can change as progression is made.

Clients in receipt of JSA/DLA or Income Support can apply for reduced cost sessions to the Foundation for Emotional Therapy's Subsidised Therapy Fund. Please enquire.
LocationConsultations are offered at 11 The Grove in Lidlington, a tranquil village just 10 minutes from Junction 13 of the M1. The practice is in a very quiet part of the village and has views over open countryside.
From Junction 13 of the M1Take the A421 East in the direction of Bedford. In 1 mile turn right to Lidlington. This road becomes Sheeptick End (top left of
Map). Just past the level crossing turn left into Lombard Street and park near the bend in the road. The practice can be found 2 minutes walk along the footpath.
From the A507Take the Lidlington turn off and follow the road for ½ mile. This road becomes High Street. In the village, turn left just after St. Margarets church, into Lombard Street and then follow directions above.
